// FAQ

Common questions I usually get asked by potential clients.

I can, but I tend to work on fixed costs. Hourly rates can be charged with an agreement in place. My hourly rate is £35.00.

I have been designing for about 20 years. Some of those years have been as graphic designer, creative director at other companies and some as a self employed freelancer.

Currently I only work from my home office. This is to ensure I am available for all clients as and when they need me during the working week.

Yes I am. I work at my home studio here in Loughborough. Loughborough is located in the Leicesterhsire area, East Midlands.

I work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm so you can be sure that I am always available during normal office hours.

Yes, you can. You can pay me a fixed retainer to book certain days out for every week and month. Retainers are booked out in 3-month slots and payable upfront. Contact me for the latest prices.

I have a vast amount of experience using all sorts of software, but my main day to day tools are Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. I also use Premiere Pro from time to time and also have advance knowledge of the WordPress platform. If you would like to know anything specific, please just ask.

Yes! I work all through the week under normal working hours and I always respond to emails usually within about 30 minutes. If I’m away for any length of time, I usually let my clients know if they have current project work with me. All projects I have undertaken have always been delivered on time. Please see some of the feedback I have received on my Trust Pilot and Google My Business pages.

Yes of course. I am happy to sign your NDA, or just simply request that I keep your work private and I will always honour privacy when requested.

If you’re a registred charity I usually provide a 15% discount. I also provide discounts for bulk projects, but those are calculated on a cost per cost basis. Contact me if you would like more detail on this.

Yes I do. All websites are built under the WordPress platform.
